Terms of Service
PsiMac will make every effort to resolve your issues and achieve successful outcomes. PsiMac will perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the client. PsiMac will conduct honest, reasonable and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. Technology consulting services, repairs, and upgrades are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which we are unable to resolve your issues or achieve successful outcomes. The length of time required to service or repair your computer or resolve your issues is difficult to guarantee. Most data migrations, repairs, and upgrades can be completed within 24-48 hours.
You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. PsiMac will not be responsible for data loss. For help restoring lost data, PsiMac may be consulted. You authorize the consultant(s) providing the service to install software as necessary to perform the required services. Onsite and Remote Consulting services, Labor, and all other services are subject to the terms in this agreement.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, support and guidance, marketing, etc.) from PsiMac. Message frequency varies.
