Remote
PsiMac provides highly effective remote support anywhere in the world.
Our experts can view your screen remotely using screen sharing technology. While we work, you have control of your own keyboard and mouse – ideal for training. Remote support can also be unattended with PsiMac Prime.
Backups
Before data loss occurs, get backed up! We recommend a local backup to Time Machine, and an offsite backup to Backblaze or another cloud backup provider.
Devices
From time to time, clients will ask us to recommend displays, backup hard drives, printers, and other technology that works best with their Apple devices. We can help integrate all of your accessories as well.
Upgrades
If you’re not running the latest macOS version, you’re missing important security updates and bug fixes. Plus, you’re lacking the latest features and compatibility updates. We’ll check your backups, free up space if needed, install the latest macOS software upgrade, configure iCloud syncing, and ensure your apps are up to date.
