PsiMac Prime

The primary way we deliver our high-quality technology consulting services is an ongoing consulting relationship. PsiMac Prime is our monthly subscription service.

PsiMac Prime includes a 10% discount on the below Consulting rates.

A 20% discount is available for prepaid remote consulting time added to a monthly plan.

For longtime clients with no monthly plan, we offer hourly consulting service at the below rates by special arrangement when possible.

Consulting Services

  • Remote Support: $329/hour, billed by the quarter hour with a 15-minute minimum.

  • Onsite Consulting: $399/hour, billed by the quarter-hour with a one hour minimum (or longer for appointments outside our regular service area).

  • Travel for onsite appointments is billed one-way at the Onsite Consulting rate.

Additional Services

  • Pickup/Delivery: we charge for travel one-way at the Onsite Consulting rate.

  • Urgent Response & Extended Hours: 50% surcharge and two-hour minimum to accommodate urgent needs or for evening, weekend, or holiday consultations (subject to availability).
