✌️ Peace Out

We are in a position of privilege. We enjoy relative peace and prosperity.

Our prosperity, both individually and collectively, depends on peace and justice.

Peace needs to be evenly distributed, and justice needs to be evenly applied. Otherwise, it's not only unfair, it's unsustainable for a civil society.

We rely on Peace Officers to maintain the rule of law and keep an orderly society. We rely on law and order so we can operate our business.

Ignoring injustice and inequality is not only immoral, it's untenable.

The fabric of society is stretched thin and frayed at the edges. Social cohesion is eroding. We need to talk to each other. We need to see and hear each other.

In times of crisis, real leadership is necessary to reunite a fractured society.

A leader needs to be coherent, compassionate, inspiring, and accountable.

Which leaders exhibit these qualities of leadership? Which ones do not?

Examples of deplorable rhetoric and atrocious conduct are readily apparent.

Our duty as citizens in a democracy is to expel unfit and manifestly unqualified impostors, and elect respectable and competent leadership.

PsiMac stands in solidarity with our brothers and sisters of every race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, and ability.

We stand for humanity. And we ask that you stand with us too.

Stand for Humanity

PsiMac is CLOSED TODAY in protest of the injustices, violence, and inflammatory rhetoric that have become normalized in our society.

In the meantime, we invite you to join us in donating to an organization helping to equalize systemic injustices, read about some of the contributions made by people of color in tech, and learn how technology perpetuates racism.

And if you have an idea of how we can help, or what we can learn, we are interested in hearing from you.

Stay safe, stay healthy, stay connected, and please try to stay sane.

Peace,
- Joe, Judy, Tim, and Bobby
