COVID-19 and PsiMac

We sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy in this uncertain time.

It's not exactly "business as usual" in most homes and offices. But as an essential service business, we expect to be able to operate throughout the pandemic. We are very grateful.

Here's what we’re doing to help stop the spread of COVID-19 while safely providing our essential service:

  • Minimize or eliminate onsite work. Minimize physical interactions.

  • Wear a mask and require that anyone present wears a facial covering as well.

  • Utilize remote consultations. Most work is still possible with minimal adjustment. All software issues can be address easily using screen sharing, as always. We can even guide clients through remote migrations to new Mac, connecting their new network hardware, and much more.

  • Make pick-ups and drop-offs "unattended" whenever possible. Remain at least six feet apart. Offer "curbside" pick-up and delivery.

  • Clean and disinfect client equipment before and after working on it.

  • Wash hands frequently, and use hand sanitizer as needed.

  • Regularly check temperature and report any symptoms.

  • Employees with symptoms must stay home and only return to work following CDC guidance about home isolation.
