Welcome to PsiMac

Owned and operated by Joe Saponare, PsiMac LLC is a technology consultancy based in Norwalk, CT. Joe has practiced Mac technology consulting since 2003.

PsiMac serves clients in Fairfield County and New York City as well as other parts of Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.

 

Professional Mac Support

Mac technology consulting services include onsite visits to your location, remote support using screen sharing, and assistance by telephone or email.

 

Apple Certified 

PsiMac has been a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network since 2004.

Joe Saponare is certified by Apple to support Mac OS X version 10.6 Snow Leopard, including both Desktop and Server versions. With the release of OS X Lion, version 10.7 of the Mac OS, we are eager to update our certifications when the new training materials and tests are made available by Apple.

Joe holds the rank of Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) for Mac OS X version 10.6 Snow Leopard, as well as version 10.5 Leopard. Joe also holds the title Apple Certified Support Professional for Mac OS X 10.6 and 10.5, and Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist for Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.3.

 

Experienced

PsiMac has extensive experience troubleshooting legacy Classic Macintosh systems including those running Mac OS 9, Mac OS 8, and even System 7.

PsiMac specializes in supporting the Mac, and has select experience with PCs running Windows – including those installed in VMWare Fusion or Parallels Desktop running on Mac hardware.
